I went on the IC trip to Babong this year and I thoroughly
enjoyed the trip because it was not only fun but I also learnt a lot about
Laikipia (an area I didn’t even know existed before this). My favorite part of
this trip was bonding with people I had never spoken to as well as riding the
camels. I enjoyed spending a night under the stars and swimming in the river.
All in all, the trip was an experience I will not soon forget. I think that the
IC trips are a really good program because you get to know people that you may
never have spoken to otherwise and you also learn about different places around
Kenya.
