KICKBOXING


I recently started kickboxing with two of my friends, I have always wanted to start and now that I have I enjoy it so much. I have only been to two classes so far but I look forward to my next one. Not only is it really fun but it is also helping to keep me fit. I feel so energetic afterwards, despite how tiring it is. We start off by doing jumping jack, pushups, situps, squat jumps and then our instructor teaches us different kicks and punches. At the end we do combinations of these, which is really tiring.
